The following attached notice is for a "virtual" public hearing before the City Council on April 20, 2022 @ 7pm. Shevlin Park Road April 20th
The proposal is to construct +/-266 homes on 73 acres north of Shevlin Park Road.
The two subject tax lots are currently inside the Urban Growth Boundary (UGB), but outside the City Limits. The proposal includes annexing the two tax lots into the City Limits.
