Senior housing proposed for Mt Washington & Shevlin Roundabout

A neighborhood meeting will be held Thursday, Sept 26th from 6:00-7:00 pm to present plans for an 85 to 120 unit apartment complex at the southeast corner of Mt. Washington & Shevlin Park Road. The development will be a 55-and-older luxury complex on land zoned for high-density residential. The property is owned by Central Oregon Community College.

The meeting will be held on the COCC campus in Cascades Hall, room 118. Free parking is available on College Way in front of the building or in the lot across the street, next to the library. See the notice below for more information.
