Public hearings Feb 19th on Pahlisch treeline Development

Public hearings will be held before the City Council on two aspects of the planned development on Anderson Ranch along Skyline Ranch Road. First, Pahlisch Homes is requesting that the property be annexed to the City of Bend. Then, the Council is being asked to approve the community master plan, which will create the Treeline Development.

The plan calls for 65 homes, including 12 town homes, and 6.9 acres of open space. 
Extensions of Brickyard St. and Skyline Ranch Rd. will run through the development.

The hearings will be at the same Council meeting on Feb. 19th at 7:00 pm in the Council chambers at City Hall.
