Partition of a lot at McClain Dr & Shevlin Meadow Dr

The owners of a .48 acre undeveloped parcel at the corner of McClain & Shevlin Meadow have proposed dividing the parcel into two lots of equal size and similar to the width of the lots across the street (see map below).  Please see the attached notice from the City for more information, including the City contact person. Written comments will be taken through June 27th.
