Neighborhood meeting Nov 21st for new senior apartments at Mt Washington & Shevlin roundabout

A public meeting, which the City requires prior to a developer submitting an application, will be held regarding a proposed apartment building on land owned by COCC. The property is a vacant parcel at the southeast corner of the roundabout at Mt. Washington Dr.  & Shevlin Park Rd. The parcel is zoned RH (residential high density). The building will be age-restricted to 55+.
