The City of Bend's new Online Permit Center will go live on Monday, Dec. 14th. This new software platform replaces ePlans. In an effort to prepare users for the launch, the City is offering several online training webinars providing an overview of the new system, including demonstrations of its key features.
These training sessions will be offered via Zoom. Please click on one of the links below to register for one of the webinars. To register online, click here. Webinars will be offered for three types of users: 1) Applicants and Consultants:
Please log in a few minutes early, as the training will begin on time. Microphones will be muted during the overview of the software, but there will be time for questions and comments at the end of the session. If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, you will be able to access recordings of the training sessions on the Permit Center webpage.

To prepare for this upcoming conversion period, please complete any existing applications, inspections and/or permits and pay any outstanding fees prior to November 25, 2020, to avoid project delays.
