The City of Bend will host a Community Information Session on Thursday, July 22 on code amendments that will bring several changes to Bend neighborhoods.
House Bill (HB) 2001 was passed by the Oregon legislature in 2019 and requires that cities allow the development of “middle housing,” or duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, townhomes and cottage clusters wherever single-family detached homes are allowed. The information session will be held online from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. It will include a presentation by City staff, followed by a Q&A period.
