A public hearing will be held during the Planning Commission's regular meeting on March 11th at 5:30pm in the City Council chambers regarding the master plan for Discovery West. This is a 245-acre development west of NorthWest Crossing. A master plan is a blue-print or layout for how the land will be used, including for streets, various types of housing, commercial buildings, and parks and trails. Members of the public can sign up to speak during the hearing or submit written comments. The plans can be reviewed using ePlans Public Viewer on the City's web site (see the notice for details). The meeting at the Unitarian Church will begin at 5 PM and will cover a new development of about 50 homes.
